fraud documents

i am facing now a problems regarding my cellphone application. i applied for cellphone plan, and with a friend of mine he helped me to provide the requirements for the said application. the requirements are certificate of employment and company i.d.... we are not expecting that the cellphone company will submit the documents to our head office. our head office found out that we fraud the certificate of employment and the company i.d...i am 10yrs in the company, is this will be ground for dismissal... what will i do to defend my self... if the company will dismiss me, do i have the right to claim for separation pay?

i would argue that this is an offense which merits suspension, but not termination.

if you were terminated for cause, there will be no separation pay.
