Arresto Menor

Hi everyone. Just need an advice.

I purchased a Macbook last February. I sent the payment via bank transfer and all is well.

Last April, I decided to buy a phone from the same seller. He then notified me that he did not receive my payment for the Macbook. Our transaction for the phone was halted. I told him I'll check with the bank.

He says 'I am out of money, tapos na sayo pa yung Macbook. My lawyer is advising me na ireturn mo muna yung Macbook, or deposit the amount to me again habang sinosort mo with the bank.'

I returned the Macbook because I understand where he is coming from.

After a week, he contacts me again and says he wants the payment for the Macbook. He has no use for the Macbook daw. I mentioned I'm following up with the bank. After a week again, he'll forward na raw sa lawyer nya.

I never heard anything from the bank. He is claiming na fraud daw. What should I do? He has the Macbook, plus nagbigay ako ng cash dahil nagamit ko na ang laptop.
