Planning to Refund Equity

I just wanted to know in my case if i can get my full refund sa real state na kinuhanan ko ng property. We decided kasi na kumuha ng house and lot dahil nga nangungupahan lang din kami, so i choose them kasi they offer a ready for occupancy and sabi ng agent mabilis lang daw makalipat after the equity. So Last January 2017 i pay 20,000 for the reservation and then February 2017 i pay them full amount for the first equity na supposed to be babayaran ko dapat for 6 months. Sabi kasi ng agent madali lang ma approve ng bank and mabilis lang lumipat. Until nagstart na ulet yung 2nd equity namin na nagstart last july 2017 to april 2018. Now, tapos na ko sa equity and yung agent ko is resign na din so wala na nagaassist samen. I ask them if kamusta na yung bank loan. The CS from that real state told us na until now nasa bank padin mga papers namin for approval. Pang 3rd na bank na to and until now di padin kami naaapprove. Im sick and tired na sa pagsubmit ng paulit-ulit na requirements sa kanila. Yung promise nila na makalipat agad is until now wala padin. Sobrang bagal ng proseso nila thats why my husband and i decided na icancel nalang and wag na ituloy yung pagkuha. Kaya i wanted to know if makukuha ko ba yung full refund ng payment ko for equity if ever magsubmit na ko ng cancellation letter? Thank you so much!
