good evening!

hi, i just want to ask an advice regarding my situation. 9mos na po akong nakapaghulog ng equity but then the developer suddenly decides na ilipat sa bank financing yung loan ko instead na sa pag-ibig... as of now, i am decided na icancel nalang yung contract since di ko kaya yung terms and conditions nila sa bank financing... entitled po ba ko sa refund?? and ano po ba yung first legal step na pwede kong gawin?? thanks po sa reply... i will really appreciate it sir.. Smile
