Greetings!

I intend to submit a manifestation before the court. Can I do that even without the aid of counsel? This is about the settlement of an intestate estate proceeding. I hope the court find with substance and merit this manifestation even without aid of counsel. The court would like all the heirs of our estateto react and submit manifestation as regards: appointment of administrator/s; extrajudicial agreement/partition; and to comment on the integrity or character of those who are interested to be appointed as administrator/s. Is there a procedure to observe in submitting my manifestation as a legitimate heir?

Thank you very much for the unselfish advice.. more power!
