there is this foreigner who needs an interpreter, unfortunately the court handling the case has no funds. the court requested for an opinion, should the department of justice pay for the court interpreter or the supreme court? thank you. this is a legal matter assigned to my supervising officer in my ojt and she asked me to research on it. i tried chan-robles, but to no avail it seems like it gives me too much irrelevant cases. i hope ypu can help me. thanks again. Smile

by the way, the foreigner can not afford to pay for the interpreter. his lawyer is from PAO. (murder cases in isabela)
