I have an inquiry on my status. Im an analyst for a company and currently im on floating status but the account that im handling is still active, the reason daw is based on my scorecard which was never discussed to me and my role is redundant since we have two analyst on that account including me. Also the the analytics team na under sa company was already redundated except the two of us na billed under the account. My questions are, is my scorecard a valid reason for them to decide though hindi sya nadidiscuss sakin? And is it legal for them to put me on floating than redundate me even though they saw my post as redundant? And can they put me on floating kahit alam nilang wala ng post for me since nadissolve na yung team and the company is pushing for automation.
