anu po ang magandang hakbang para po sa anak kong 2 yrs old kasi po moroccan ang ama at nagtatrabaho sa ibang bansa (M.E) hindi po kami kasal gawa ng kasal pa po ako sa una aware po sya sa lahat lahat ng sitwasyon ko at alam niya ring may anak po ako sa asawa ko, dahil 8yrs na nga po kami d nagsama (in related to my previous queries) eto pong anak ko sa ibang lahi hindi napo natupad ang kanyang pangakong aayusin ang gusot ko regarding my annullment at di narin sumuporta sa anak pero pinagpipilitan niyang kahit makita o ipasyal ang anak sa oras na gusto niya ... i dont think nagiging patas siya pagdating dun, anu po kaya ang magandang hakbang para po hindi na niya kami gambalain legally.. may birth certificate napo kasi ang anak namin dito sa pinas at nakakalungkot mang sabihin ay nakasunod po ang sa pilido niya ang anak nmin at may pirma din po sya duon.. pero nung nagparehistro po ako wala po siya sito sa pinas at forge lang po ang pirma niya sa B.C. ng anak namin...

yes im still married atty but we never been together for 8 yrs now he is aware of my situation anyway, and on my 2nd bby' BC it stated that i am single atty. and was not written that i am married wid that moroccan guy..

i was planning to ban him in case he wants to come in here.. wud that be possible atty? and also i want to change my daughters surname because it was following under his surname. i don't think you can prevent him from coming into the country, but keep him from finding you or your daughter.

you'll have to file a judicial petition to have your child's birth certificate corrected. cost depends on which lawyer you retain.

ang mahirap pa po nito atty.. pinagpipilitan nyang makita o maipasyal manlang daw ang anak.. e unfair naman po un kasi di nmn din sya sumusuporta saamin simulat sapul... di naman kami nagsimula sa pangit atty.. lahat nagpagplanuhan ang mga susunud na gagawin katulad ng willingness niya noon na mapa annull ang kasal ko pero nung nagkapera na siya dina siya tumulong .. may mga kaso din po ba siya na dapat ilaban saakin? kahit di kami ligal na magasawa? katulad ng karapatan niya sa anak namin?

i mean atty ung judicial petition to correct my child's BC... wat if po granted na un... ganun parin poba ang ang karapatan nia sa anak namin.. kahit hindi napo nakasunod sa pangalan nia?

the problem with filing a petition to correct your child's birt certificate is that you will be asked why there is false information in the declaration in the first place. this may make you liable for the crime of simulation of birth.

a crime atty? but it wasn't my fault coz he abandoned us and refuses all his responsibility. wat will be my consequence if i liable of this crime atty..

it depends on what is actually filed against you, but simulation of birth is 6 years at least.

this is not humanity.. coz i never expected that things would turn like this between us.. and still in d end it still considered as crime on my behalf and liable of 6yrs in prison.. anyway thank you again atty..
