Overdue payment po ako d2.. I endorse na daw sa Collection.

stress na po ako kakaisip.. almost a month due.

Nag ka emergency lang po ako.

Contact them and have your loan restructured under the reason of your emergency. Try your best to talk to them as honestly as you can. If they agreed, have everything put into writing and ask for a copy of such for proof of everyone's compliance to the terms and conditions.

Wala ba silang physical office? Wala ba silang telephone number?

It is hard to talk to collection agencies since their only task is to collect the debt. They are usually not authorized to restructure debts.

Go to their office and ask for a loan restructuring of your current debt with them, or at least call them in their landline number or cellphone number.

Try also going to the PAO for free legal advice regarding your matter.

You should try calling them up via their other contact numbers or via Messenger/Skype/Viber if they have other means of communication. It is hard when e-mail is the only correspondence that they reply to.

You should also seek the legal advice of the PAO and see if they can help you in contacting that lending company.
