Good afternoon po.

Would like to ask the following:
1) Possible case for my paper wife who has live-in partner for a year?
2) Financial support would be how many percent?

We parted ways more than 10 years ago [our son is now reaching 13 this October], and I learned just recently that my paper wife already had live-in partner for more than a year.

Requesting for a legal advice.

1. you can sue her for bigamy. however, are you not in the same situation where you already have someone else?
2. how old is your child? financial support is based on the needs of the child and the capacity of the parents to provide.

- No.

- 13 years old, boy.
- I am planning to cease my financial support of any kind for that reason.
- I've been supporting the school related expenses [like tuition, other fees, uniforms, & carpool] since then.

Just my opinion, better not file any case, gastos lng yan , if you can gain custody of child since above 7yrs, and if you have opportunity to take care, try it. because as a wife of another , she may not have time for your child and the live-in partner may not treat the child right, and it will be cheaper. if i may ask, are you not glad that she has found someone to make her happy? Regards
