good day! my aunt acquired a property, spot 10% dp and the 10% bal dp payable for 12mos. na fully paid ang dp.. ang problem is, di sya ma approved sa bnk loan kc nawalan sya ng work, sa direct financing di rin sya na approved... nagka work sya this june lang, pero nakatanggap kami ng cancellation from developer, and wala kami refund kasi ang liquidated damages na charge nila is 20% of the Total Selling Price (equivalent sa 20% dp) + commission+incentive+cli... ang lumabas Deficit pa. tama po ba ang developer?
