Arresto Menor

Sa pagkakaintindi ko, correct me if I'm wrong. According to maceda law makakapag refund ka lang if narecieve ang notice of cancellation with in 30 days. but in my case wala akong natatanggap na any notice dahil nga ofw ako. nalaman ko lng after a year na hindi nababayaran ang property at may notice na to vacate the place. ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?

OFW ka , ipinadala ang notice sa address mo dito sa pilipinas or sa attorney in fact mo.

Unfortunately di ako ininform ng attorney in fact ko actually sya nga ang dahila bakit di nabayaran ang m.a di nya binayad ang pinadadala ko.

So in short attorney in fact mo ang may problema, possible di ka mabigyan ng refund by maceda law
