Hi po Sir/Madam..I'm Norelyn Rivera.I have a problem regarding no refund policy. My Aunt has a problem concerning with Filinvest property in Sorrento Oasis Pasig City. In my Aunt's case, she had paid in the 20% downpayment for 2 years mahigit. Today she decide to withdraw her account for some reasons, they told her about no refund policy. So my tita contacted me and she told me to call the main office of filinvest about this policy.., Sa office po nila tumawag na din po ako, same din po yung sinasabi sa akin na no refund policy po. In summary, she paid almost, 400,000 php plus to them. .Is it really legal the "no refund policy"? or just a legal presumption and can still be questioned in court. by the way, hindi din nabanggit sa tita ko ng agent nya na meron po na ganung policy ang filinvest.Nagulat nalang po sya na ganun.. My tita is an OFW. She sacrifice herself to work there for giving us her family a better life. Pinaghirapan niya yung pera na binayad sa Filinvest tapos ganun lang po ang mangyayari..Anu po ang dapat gawin ko as ako po yung SPA ng Tita ko? Kasi hindi na din siya inaasikaso ng agent niya and talagang pinu push talaga nila sa tita ko yung "no refund policy" nila. Please help us po and sa mga OFW din na nabiktima about dyan sa policy na yan.Sana matulungan din po..Thanks and God Bless
