This is the picture of my adjacent building wherein there are issues to resolve as follows:
1. The wall of the building is located on the property line and has openings as observed;
2. The said wall has on its top GI sheets and not continuous beyond 1 meter above the roofing line;
3. The collected rain water was pouring in within my property line;
4. There is a pipeline of wastewater coming from the building posing disturbance to the closure construction (fence) being done on my property in order to protect it from erosion.
In view thereof, may I request assistance on the legal bases that I could file to the building official as I intend to formalize my complaint against these issues to be resolved.
