Resignation or Request for Termination of Employment Contract

Hello Atty. I started working sa Company A last week. May issue ako sa work location na kung saan ako inassign. Actually during interview ko with HR and Hiring Manager before ako mabigyan ng offer nasabi ko na talaga na preferred location ko is Location X since malapit lang sya sa place ko and work location yung isa sa mga reasons ko why I resigned in my previous work. They assured me na doon ako ma-aassign. However nung mag start na ako, bigla ako inaasign sa other site nila Location Y which is sobrang layo from where I live.

Ngayon I have final interview sa Company B which offers good benefits at isa pa is very accessible yung work location. If mabigyan po ako ng job offer sa Company B then possible ba na ipa-terminate ko na lang yung employment contract ko kay Company A and then hindi na ako magreport sa work? Wala pa rin mga accountable sakin since kaka-start ko pa lang even ID hindi pa nabigay. Hindi ko din isasama si Company A as my previous work. Malalaman kaya ni Company B about that?

- Pwede, magpasa ka ng resignation letter.

Hindi ko din isasama si Company A as my previous work. Malalaman kaya ni Company B about that?

- Bakit hindi mo isasama e naging empleyado ka ng comapny A. Kahit isang araw ka lang naging empleyado e kailangan mong isama as your previous employer.

Thanks HRDude but i think it would put me in a bad image kapag sinama ko sa Company A as my previous work experience. Baka maging reason pa para hindi ako tanggapin ni Company B.

you started working.. so may salary ka na don.. mag re reflect yun sa Tax Return mo.
