Arresto Menor

Nabangga po yung pinsan ko ng sasakyan ng konsehal.. yung driver po ayaw magbayad dahil may healthcard naman daw yung pinsan ko na sasagutin yung ospital,hindi po nakakapasok sa trabaho pinsan ko dahil sa aksidente na pagkakabangga sakanya. Nasimento yung paa. Hindi alam ng pinsan ko at namin gagawin. Ayaw po talaga maglabas ng pambayad nakabangga. May magagawa po ba kami dito kung di po talaga sila magbayad?
