Hindi ito labag sa karapatan nyong mamili ng employer kasi ang kondisyon nya ay 'bawal lumipat sa kalabang kumpanya ng isang taon". Kung hindi kalaban na kumpanya ay pwede nyo naman pasukan at pagkaraan ng isang taon ay pwede na ding pumasok sa kalabang kumpanya.
