Dear Sirs,

My Company is based in Hong Kong and we would like to sign employment contracts with Philippinos who would be helping with our Company's operations in Philippines.

May I ask if I should find a lawyer in Philippines and make the employment contracts ? If so, any referrals ?

Yes find a lawyer.

Google "philippine law firms" and start from there.

Before dealing with prospective employees, you should read through the requirements for foreign corporations at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Trade
