UNPAID SALARY LOAN... PLEASE HELP

Hi, pa help lang po mga atty.., i was once a government employee and availed Salary Loans from a Bank for about 300K.., while still working their, i have no problems repaying it, kasi salary deduction. Ngayon, i have committed an administrative case i was terminated.., Now, the bank is demanding for a repayment of my loan.., Since, terminated na ako wala na ako salary.., i cannot repay them.., I'm currently working in a private company but my earnings is not enough to repay my debts to them., Now, meron na tumatawag na legal firm sa akin., ngpadala na rin sila ng demand letter thru my parents home. My question is, pwede ba nila akong kasohan kasi nga di ako makabayad ng utang? please help.
