Arresto Menor

Hi, I asked for an extension for our loan payments because me and my husband were out of job for almost 3 months now, we were just recently employed. Loan payments are thru pdc. Now, they are issuing a court order i guess due to failed payments of cheques. Our first salary will be on the first week of next month. Can we ask advise what to do? Thanks.

Bakit court order? Nasa court na ba ang case mo? If so, then most likely the judgment is already being executed kung may court order nang inuutusan kayo magbayad. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/credit-debt-collection
