Hello po,

Gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng advice kung ano ang dapat gawin kung ang company ay hindi nagreremit ng contributions and loan payments sa SSS.  Almost one year na po na hindi nagbabayad ang company namin sa SSS. Kinausap na namin ang management at ang sinasabi lang nila ay bigyan lang sila ng time kaya lang matagal na at hindi pa rin nababayaran.

pumunta ka sa SSS at pakita mo yung payslip mo na binabawasan kayo.. tapos verify nyo sa kanila kung hinuhulog.. kapag hindi.. ask them to visit your office..
