Hi there..im the headnurse of a unit and one of my staff nurse leave the unit during endorsement after knowing that another nurse and nursing attendant on duty that day would be absent, the outgoing duty informed the outgoing supervisor that both will be absent and was told by the supervisor to inform the duty nurse that she will look for a pull-out nurse and NA from the other ward who will accompany or help her in the unit however this staff got mad and suddenly walk out and did not return

you should check your policy and report it to your HR. they will be the one in charge of giving disciplinary action.

Refer to company policy...probably neglegience of duty. Not sure Evil or Very Mad
