pano po pag wala nmng warrant of arrest and search warrant ung mga pulis na humuli? tas wala nmn pong witness di pa mahagip sa cctv ng shop nila. ano po ba dapat gawin?

bsta na lang po ksi sya hinuli at pinosasan. tas may nilagay na drugs sknya. sa loob mismo ng bahay nila sya hinuli.
