Ano po ba ang dapat piliin?
Nakapag apply yung cousin ko sa isang company as contractual employee. After ilang months, nagdemand sila sa management na itigil na ang endo(as per President Duterte's order). Nung una, pumayag sila, then after ilang weeks pinagmeeting sila para ilipat sila sa kooperatiba. Ayaw nilang pumayag dahil 2yrs contract lang yun and may rules na kapag nag absent for 1 day, suspended na for 1 wk.

Kinabukasan, after sila imeeting, pinapapirmahan na agad yung contract. So they decided to go to DOLE to ask an advice. Then the next day na papasok na sila, wala na yung dtr nila, meaning, hindi na sila pwedeng pumasok para magtrabaho. Hinintay nila yung boss and kinausap naman sila. Unfortunately, pinapapili na sila nung boss. Kung itutuloy daw yung sa DOLE, hindi na sila pwedeng pumasok at magtrabaho dun, but if iwithdraw yung case sa DOLE and pirmahan yung contract, makakapagtrabaho na ulit sila.

So ano po bang dapat nilang gawin?
