Arresto Menor

I know that bail is possible when you are detained and is currently waiting for hearings, but may I ask if its also possible for me to file bail after I plead guilty and was sentenced for imprisonment? This is for ESTAFA case, thank you!

No, bail is for provisional liberty while trial is ongoing. if you plead guilty, you might be entitled to probation but this conviction will appear on your NBI record
