Hi!

Although we have already sought clarification on this to the NPC, Employers are also covered by this act, right? Such that all infos/data after an employee gets on board, the Employer must seek due consent from its employees for whatever personal details (which were not required or obtained pre-employment) they might be needing; hence, duly comply with DPA.

Please provide insights and feedback on this.

How about the wage of employees? can we get a copy of salary of every employee to determine the disparity in daily rate to apply the wage distortion properly? This is the problem that we encounter every time there is a wage increase in the minimum salary. The problem is the government adjust only the minimum wage and salary distortion is company prerogative. Is this correct?
