Arresto Menor

Good day po!

I need your help regarding my wife's situation.
On March of 2018, she applied for a job position in Sitel Tarlac while employed in Alorica Clark Pampanga. Thankfully, she successfully passed the interview and was given an electronic job offer via email on May 12. Because of this, my wife submitted her resignation to Alorica with her last working day dated June 15.

She was initially asked to work in June 11,2018. When asked to complete her medical exam, we learned that she is pregnant. On June 5, we received a call from Sitel recruitment that her pregnancy might impact the final decision and her employment in Sitel will be subject for approval. Till now, Sitel has not yet given us an update regarding her employment.

Are there any legal actions we can take regarding this?
