MAGNA CARTA BENEFITS FOR WOMEN

Hello Atty,

This happened recently, I really hope someone can help me with this issue.

I was diagnosed with dermoid cyst had surgery to removed the cyst last August 31 2016. My doctor advised me to file Sick leave (to my company) and also avail the Magna Carta benefit.

I informed or HR Manager and told me they will seek assistance to SSS if the two benefit (magna carta benefit and sss benefit) is just the same or not. I am very confused because I read a lot regarding the benefits I should be recieving.

Am I entiled of two benefits after a gyne surgery (dermoid cyst extraction) as a gyne disorder?

They are separate benefits.
