kung meron na kayong union kahit mag change name pa ang company di nila pwedeng alisin yun.. that would be union busting. nasa batas po ang pagbuo ng union

Di pa nman po nkakabuo ng union. at iniiwasan ng company na mkabuo ng union. I am asking what are the possible ways that the company will do to avoid the union.

Kaya nga po, pero mukang di un nakikita ng DOLE dito kahit obvious naman. The company tried the retrenchment program, IMO the company wants to lessen the number of employee (i dont know what it can do), next nababalitaan nanaman na mag rere-alignment at company change name yata, i dont know pero mukang connected to to avoid the union buildup.
