Arresto Menor

I am now aware that what I have done is wrong. I read about RA 9775 or Anti-child pornography law, and it said there that 'a person is unlawful if he/she willingfully viewed child porn'. I was not aware about this law. I thought to myself 'porn is just for fun'. Can I expect any authorities knocking at our house any day now, or while I'm at my OJT? I'm very fearful. I cannot sleep at all, that is why I am here. Can an attorney or a lawyer give me some advice?

Until the authorities can prove that you violated said law, you are presumed to be innocent.

You have nothing to worry about, unless you are working in a cyber-related government agency that has discrete trackers installed in the computers as a way of monitoring their employees.

Still, let this be a lesson not to access illegal sites and illegal porn. It is better to be safe than sorry.
