Hi. We have an employee who accessed and viewed pornographic and restricted sites using the company issued laptop at home during weekends. Can this be a legal ground for termination?

NO, unless it affected your company or your clients in a serious way, this is not a grave offense even if stated so in your code of conduct. A termination sanction is too harsh. A suspension or reprimand is enough.
