Arresto Menor

Yung mommy ko may una siyang asawa pero hiwalay na sila..tapos nagpakasal siya ulit ,alam nung bago niyang asawa na may una siyang asawa..pwede ba kasuhan ng bigamy nung bagong asawa si mommy kahit alam niyang kasal ito noon??
