Hi! Gusto ko lang po humingi ng legal advice.
Yung father (deceased) ko po bought 1/3 of an agricultural land from his relative "Omeng". Omeng bought the 1/3 land from Gatdela. Yung Deed of Sale dated 1983 between Omeng and Gatdela was signed by the original owner "Aurelia" as a witness (who owns the whole land) pero hindi po iyon napanotarized.
Ngayon po, yung heirs ni Aurelia, sold the whole land to my uncle Berting almost three years ago. Napanotarized po iyon. But prior to the selling of the whole land.. nainform po ng mother ko na nabili na daw po nila iyon..But tinuloy pa din po nila ang bentahan.
Ask ko lang po kung may habol pa din po ang mother ko sa 1/3 ng agricultural land.
