Attorney i need your help. I want to stop working because i don't like how the management goes. I don't even understand why my bond is very high (54,000) while for the others who are same like me which is a front office associate gets lesser bond. They even force for an overtime saying "i am not asking, i am telling you." I do not wish to continue. My contract is for a year. I work alone at the front desk given all the tasks to be done alone standing 8hrs a day 6 days a week without sitting down. Usually for a 4 star luxury resort they always have 2-3 front office associates because of high demand. I was not oriented during the interview or it was not stated in my job offer. If you want to stop working, just submit your resignation letter and render the 30 days before leaving. Regarding the bond, if they want to enforce it, then let them file a case against you (which employers rarely do).
