Good morning. i filed my resignation letter with one month notice. Our Hr Head talked to me regarding my resignation. our hr asked me to present a medical certificate to prove that iam ill. when i passed the medical certificate.
it is in the contract that if i will not finish my contract i need to pay the amount of P.30,000.00. the company is not considerate enough for this case that i have. What do i need to do. i need some advice. Thank you so much
