Arresto Menor

Hello po.suspended po at sa trabaho 5 working days w/out pay.,insubordination daw dahil na violate ko daw ang protocol, then pagbalaik ko sa trabaho sa ibang department na ako magrereport..AGRI dept. Ako pero pagbalik ko after suspension sa Loans dept. Aq magrereport.,Wala na man pong money involve kaya ako nasuspend.,pwede po ba ang ganun?

yes its legal na ilipat ka ng ibang department as long as there is no diminution of benefits or loss of seniority.

Prior warning is not a precondition for suspension. In fact, there are even certain offenses which are grave enough that dismissal can even be justified even on the first violation. .,ang nangyari lang po ay nag order ako ng item for agri department na hnd ko daw nasavi sakanli kaya suspension ung memo ko. at pag nagreport na ako ay sa ibang department na hnd na sa dti.,ang ang gumawa po ng memo ko ay ang financial manager at pinirmahan ng general manager.,
