Hi!
I have a friend who has been employed in a private company for more than 10 years. on his birthday his employer gave her tax declaration saying that the lot serves as a gift for him for his loyalty. no other document was given only the tax declaration. his employer advised him to prepare a deed of sale or deed of donation for him to sign. question is, is it safe for him to prepare deed of donation wherein fact his employer's family doesn't know anything about it.
further, my friend wants to build a house in that lot, is it ok even if the lot was not yet named to him..
please advise...
