hello po.. itatanong ko lang po kung obligado ba talaga akong magsustento sa anak ko kahit hindi siya nakaapelyido sa'kin.? may karapatan po ba akong tumanggi na magbigay ng sustento kasi hindi naman siya nakaapelyido sa'kin.? pero palagi naman akong nagsusustento sa bata sa pag-asang mailipat na ang apelyido niya sa'kin.. gusto ko naman na gamitin ng bata ang apelyido ko kaya lang ayaw ng ina niya na papalitan ang apelyido nung bata..

kung inacknowledge mo na ikaw ang tatay ng bata, kailangan mo suportahan ang bata since pwede ka kasuhan kung hindi mo ito gagawin.

regarding sa pag gamit sa apelyido mo, unfortunately this is up to the mother since sya lang ang may legal authority sa bata.

have you signed any notarized document that you admit you are the father? if not, then you are not legally recognized as the father, and you may not even be obligated to provide support
