hello po. paano po yong proseso na palatin yong apelyido ng Anak ko sa apelyido ko? yong gamit nyang apelyido sa birth certificate nya ay yong apelyido ng hindi nya tunay na ama. nabuntis año 17yrs old,hinintay lang na mag 18 ago tapos kinasal kmi,kaso noong pinanganak yong anak ko hindi nya kamukha yong tatay nya sa BC nya at hindi ko alam nya hindi sya yong tatay, na realize ko nalang base sa due date,yong ex ko yong tata ng Anak ko. patulong naman po sa rating mga ATTY na naandito. salamat po in advance
