Arresto Menor

I need an advise please. Yung kapatid ko may gf at sabi nung gf nya na buntis sya kaya ang ginawa ng kapatid ko pinauwi na nya sa bahay yung babae. Pero few months later biglang dinatnan ng buwanang dalaw yung babae, yun pala may sakit yung babae sa matres kaya naghiwalay sila. And then, kahapon lang pumunta yung nanay nung ex gf ng kapatid ko at sinabing idedemanda sya. Ano kaya ang possible na case para sa kapatid ko? I will wait for an advise please. Thanks.
