Hi. Could someone help me?

I am currently managing a project by which I entered a contract with a supplier. We signed the contract January, 2017 by which he promised to deliver after 4 months, amounting to 600,000.

Until now, the product he promised is not yet delivered to me. Although both parties caused delays. He promised to deliver 5 products. April 2018, he delivered 1 out of 5 products. And what he delivered doesn't match up to what have been verbally agreed upon (written also, but not signed although a copy was given to him).

That 1 product he gave me worth 100k, I already gave him 150k as down payment for the 600k upon sign-off though.

My question is, will I be facing any legal issues if I just want to cancel the contract?
