Arresto Menor

Need help nag signed po ako ng Lease Contract but i back out on the same day pero yung unit owner ayaw po ibigay yung contract para i breached po namin tinatawagan ko po sya pero ayaw sumagot sa tawag ko pero nung sinagot nya pinagmumura na nya ako. On the following day pumunta po ako sa Barangay para ipa blater ang nangyari at ngaun po humihingi na sya ng pera sa akin para daw po sa damaged. Please help!
