Good day!! Bininta ang company namin without telling us. Nalaman na lang namin na bago na ang may ari nito. Hindi nagpalit ng name at inabsorb kaming lahat. Pero, sabi ng bagong may-ari, our service with him will start the date na inassume kami at hindi kasali ang previous years of service nmin.

May habol po ba kami for a backpay including our previous service.

ilang years ang service nyo sa dating company?

Dapat bayaran nya yun kung back to zero kayo sa new company. Kung ayaw nila, then you can go to DOLE.

7yrs+ po.. ang problema po namin, d na po nagpapakita sa amin ung dating may.ari..

Nagtanong na rn po kami sa DOLE.. sabi po sa amin, dapat daw po tlaga bayaran kami ng dating may.ari, kaso hindi na kami makakahabol kasi wala na.. panu po kaya un??
