Hello! Are companies required to give such pays when an employee quits? Or it is only up to them? Sad

when the employee renders the required number of days, does the emploer give any amount of money to the employee other than the past pay?

only thing required is salary that has been earned. accumulated leave credits that have not been used. prorated 13th month and tax refund if any
