Hello po.
Nagtrabaho po ako sa isang employment agency for 4+ years. Entitled po ba ako sa separation pay kung ang scenario po is na absorb ako nung pinoprovidan namin na Company ng service? 13th month lang po kasi ang bngay samin nung Agency.

And tama po ba na ang start date ko dun sa nag absorb sakin na company ay back to zero? Anu po ang dapat namin gawin?

no separation pay, you have an option naman not to be absorbed and remain with the agency, they will just have to find you a new assignment within 6 months. Yes back to zero talaga kasi lilipat ka na to new company.

Gano katagal ka nag work para sa new company? Anong nature ng business nila and anong position mo?

Kaka start ko plang po this sept. Pero sa knila po ako nag serve nung 4+ years na un.

Bale po kaya din kami na absorb dahil ung agency ay inalis na po dun sa company.

ay bale kayo ang lumipat. walang separation pay pag ganyan. at back to zero talaga

Hindi po kami nagkusa na lumipat. sinabi na lang po na i absorb po kami dun sa company.

Back to zero ka sa company mong bago, kasi ang employer mo noon ay yung agency mo, at hindi naman yung company na nag-absorb sayo. Bagong employer mo yung company. Try mo to basahin, para mas maintindihan mo yung relationship ng company, agency, at yung employees ng agency sa isang job contracting arrangement. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/legitimacy-job-contracting-arrangements
