what is the law regarding the buyer backing out from buying a property after signing a contract to sell? down payment has been given. as per contract to sell, wala nakasulat na consequences regarding backing out either the seller or buyer.pwede ba maibalik yung down payment sa buyer qithout any violation or kaso?please help.thank you.
