Hi, im posting this for a friend.
legal wife married her husband in Zambales in 1980, however, husband married another woman in 1996 in Muntinlupa, they had 1 child.
Husband is back to legal wife for good until now and has no direct communication with 2nd wife for more than 15 yrs.
Recently, legal wife learned that 2nd illegal wife is using husband's family name in her work, and all legal documents and ID's (passport, sss, tin, etc..) despite knowing that their marriage is null and void, illegal and bigamous in nature..
what can the legal wife do??
