Arresto Menor

Nag rent po kami ng commercial area for 20k a month. Namatay ang landlord peru ipinamana sa 2 anak ang pwesto ng ni rent namin. Nung mag rerenew nkami gusto nila 2 contract pirmahan namin na magkaiba ang price dahil hati daw sa gitna ang pinamana sa kanila kahit isang 22square meter lang yun. Posible po ba yun na isang commercial area tpos 2 may ari na magkaiba presyo gusto nung nsa rightside 15k yung isa 12k samantalang inupahan namin yun ng buo at pinarenovate lang this january 2018. Feb last year nmatay yung tatay nila na owner po

humingi ka ng updated business permit sa kanila na nagpapatunay na hati sa dalawa ang inuupahan mo. kung may permit sila na 2 separate entities yung paupahan, wala ka choice kundi pumayag kung ayaw mo lumipat.

Wala po silang bussiness permit eversince ako po nagbabayad ng bir tax rental. Wala sila official receipt since then po

Then before ka kamo pumayag sa gusto nila, ayusin muna nila yung hatian nila at gawin nila itong legal. IMHO hanggat hindi established ang hatian nila ay hindi tama na gumawa sila ng kani kanilang contract.
