good day to all, i would like to seek clarification on this problem: the sheriff in an ejectment case and by virtue of a writ of execution caused the eviction of the illegal occupants of the property, the premises was turned over the to plaintiff clear from defendants/illegal occupants. however, the said unlawful occupants returned and entered anew the property.
i was told that a petition for indirect contempt is the correct recourse, but would an alias writ of execution issue against these unlawful occupants as well?
