Good day po. Ano po kaya pwedeng gawin na legal action para sa taong may pagkakautang na halos inabot ng isang taon.di ko na po masingil dahil blocked na po ako sa messenger.pwede po ba ako magpadala ng demand letter? Saan o kanino po ako pwede lumapit para magpagawa ng demand letter. Medyo makapal na po ang mukha nung umutang aa akin nakakabili ng luho za katawan, nakakapagpatiles ng bahay pero yung utang di mabayaran.puro panloloko na po ang mga dahilan.

Try to see if the PAO can assist you in making a demand letter and filing a money claim in the Small Claims Court. Take note that the PAO requires you to be an indigent first before they take cognizance of your case.

Alternatively, try going to the nearest Integrated Bar of the Philippines Chapter (IBP) since they usually offer free legal aid to walk-in clients.
